摘　　要："培养什么人?如何培养人?为谁培养人?"是高校人才培养的永恒课题。在新时代、新思想、新矛盾、新方略、新目标的指引下,需要重新审视以上三问题。全面落实立德树人根本任务,强化教师"三全"育人意识;立足衡水发展和学校定位,谋划专业的内涵发展;挖掘教学资源,改革人才培养模式,培养对接行业企业的高素质应用人才。"What kind of people to cultivate people? How to cultivate people? And for whom we cultivate people?" is an eternal subject for talent cultivating in colleges and universities. Under the guidance of a new era, new ideas, new contradictions, new strategies, and new goals, we need to re-examine the above three issues. Fully implement the fundamental task of morality education, and strengthen the teacher’s "three-full" education awareness;plan professional connotation development base on Hengshui development and school positioning;explore teaching resources, reform talent training mode, and cultivate qualified application talents.
