摘 要:利用纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO2)、纳米二氧化钛(nano-TiO2)和自制的纤维素纳米晶体(CNC)与聚氨酯复合制备纳米复合仿木材料,通过力学拉伸测试研究了纳米改性剂/聚氨酯复合仿木材料的拉伸性能差异。通过正交试验得出不同因素对聚氨酯改性的影响。在拉伸性能测试中对最大拉伸应力影响因素从大到小依次是KH550添加量、填料种类、密度、填料量。对于相对伸长率而言则是填料种类、填料量、KH550添加量、密度;CNC对聚氨酯的改性效果不显著,性能介于nano-SiO2和nano-TiO2改性效果之间。The SiO2 nanoparticles(nano-SiO2),TiO2 nanoparticles(nano-TiO2),and the obained nano-cellulose(CNC)were used to prepare for polyurethane nanocomposite imitation-wood materials.The mechanical properties of nano-modifier/polyurethane nanocomposite imitation-wood materials were evaluated by tensile and compresion test.The orthogonal experiment was designed to prepare for the modified polyurethane composites.The influence of different factors on the properties of polyurethane composite was evaluated.In tensile test at the maximum tensile stress,the influence factors descending order was the amount of KH550,filler type,density and fillers volume.For the relative elongation was filler type,filler content, KH550 volume and density.The effect of CNC on polyurethane modified was not significant,the effects of which was generally between SiO2 and TiO2.
