摘 要:不同的床垫由于主要原料和组成结构不同,因此具有不同的软硬度。床垫的构成一般采用三层结构,分别是支撑层、铺垫层和面料层。旨在探究床垫铺垫层的材料以及铺垫层的结构对床垫综合刚度的影响,并测量出不同床垫组合的综合刚度。结果表明:1)铺垫层材料(材料的种类、厚度、密度)对床垫综合刚度影响较大;2)铺垫层结构(材料顺序、层数)对床垫综合刚度影响较小;3)铺垫层材料为普通海绵时,床垫综合刚度随着海绵厚度的增大而减小,随着海绵密度的增加而增大。Different mattresses have different softness and hardness because of their different main materials and compositions. The mattress is generally composed of three layers:support layer,cushion layer and fabric layer. The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of mattress material and structure on the comprehensive stiffness of mattress,and to measure the comprehensive stiffness of different mattress combinations. The results show that:1)the type,thickness and density of cushion material have great influence on the comprehensive stiffness of mattress;2)the structure of cushion(material sequence and number of layers)has little influence on the comprehensive stiffness of mattress;3)when the cushion material is ordinary sponge,the comprehensive stiffness of mattress decreases with the increase of the thickness of sponge and increases with the increase of the density of sponge.
