摘　　要：本系统基于SOA云框架的统一数据中心平台,支持省、市、县三级联动,通过实施N个新建应用系统展开。文章以实现党校各项管理工作的信息资源数字化、协同工作流程化、决策支持智能化为目的进行阐述。系统是基于组件技术的分布式应用系统,实现的核心技术是WebService+XML+C#。The unified data center platform of the system based on the cloud framework of SOA supports three-level linkage between provinces, cities and counties, and is implemented through the implementation of N new application systems. This paper elaborates on the purpose of digitalizing information resources, collaborative work flow and intelligent decision support in the management of party school. The distributed application system based on component technology is the core technology of the system: Web Service+XML+C #.
