轻微型肝性脑病中西医治疗探讨

摘　　要：选取近年来国内外公开发表的有关轻微型肝性脑病(MHE)流行病学、发病机制、诊断、治疗的文献进行综合分析。结果表明,中西医治疗MHE方案尚未形成统一标准,缺乏规范化的诊疗;临床科研设计欠严谨,缺少大样本的随机对照、双盲研究,剔除或脱落病例未详细叙述,疗效的可重复性差;中医药证候分型、治则、治法尚未建立统一标准。因此,在今后的研究中要对这些问题加以关注和解决。The literature on epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of minimal hepatic encephalopathy (MHE) published at home and abroad in recent years was analyzed comprehensively. The results showed that there was no unified standard and standardized diagnosis and treatment for MHE treatment in traditional Chinese and western medicine;the design of clinical research was not rigorous;there was no large sample of randomized controlled, double-blind study;the cases excluded or dropped out were not described in detail;the repeatability of curative effect was poor;the classification, treatment principles and treatment methods of TCM syndromes had not yet established a unified standard. Therefore, we should pay attention to and solve these problems in future research.
