摘 要:针对自主研发的高精密五轴机床,开发了一套开放式数控系统。阐述了精密五轴机床的机械结构,搭建了基于工控PC和UMAC的开放式数控系统硬件平台。采用模块化设计方法,基于QT软件开发了数控系统的软件,实现了数控程序编辑、轴运动控制、工艺参数设置、人机交互等功能,并详细说明了数控操作面板与手轮功能的实现过程。最后,通过菲涅尔透镜加工实验,验证了开发的数控系统能满足高精密五轴机床的加工要求。The open computer numerical control(CNC)system was developed for the self-designed high precision five-axis machine tool. The mechanical structure of the machine tool is described. The system hardware platform was designed based on the industry computer and UMAC controller. With the QT tool, the CNC Software was designed by the modular method, which realizes the functions of NC program editing, axis motion control, process parameter setting, man-machine interaction, etc. The implementation procedure of the operation panel and the hand wheel are also introduced. Finally, Fresnel lens machining experiment was carried out to verify the whole system. The result shows the developed open CNC system can meet the processing requirements of the high precision five-axis machine tool.
