摘  要:针对寻北仪应用领域中需要角度定位装置的问题,基于精密弧面分度凸轮技术,设计了一种四位置定位装置,以满足寻北仪使用要求。该装置采用步进电机作为动力源,通过蜗轮蜗杆传动系统驱动带偏心轴套的精密弧面分度凸轮实现转位和定位。依靠偏心轴套的调整使分度盘上两相邻精密滚针轴承与弧面分度凸轮左右槽面预压,实现零间隙分度。实验结果表明,该装置的重复定位精度优于14″,最大分度误差优于32″,设计的4位置定位装置为寻北仪产品提供了一种经济,有效的应用方案,对降低寻北仪的应用成本具有重要意义。Aiming at the need of Angle positioning device in the application field of north seeker, the paper proposes a four-position positioning device based on precision cams technology to meet the requirements of north finder. The device uses a stepping motor as the power source and drives the precision cams with eccentric shaft sleeve through the worm drive system to realize the transpotation and positioning. By means of the adjustment of eccentric shaft sleeve, the two adjacent precision needle roller bearings on the indexing disk the left and right groove surface of the camber indexing CAM are prepressed to achieve zero gap indexing. The experimental results show that the repeated positioning accuracy of the device is better than fourteen seconds, and the maximum dividing error is better than thirty two seconds. The design of four positioning device provides an economic and effective application solutions for north seeker, and is of great significance to reduce the application cost of north seeker.
