摘 要:絮凝除杂是甜菊糖苷生产中的关键环节,常用的絮凝剂主要是一些盐类或复合盐类,这些盐类在除杂的同时也产生了大量的污染物。针对这一问题我们开发了生物大分子絮凝剂,本试验考察了不同浓度下三氯化铁、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝钾、生物大分子絮凝剂的絮凝效果,并对不同絮凝剂最佳效果之间进行了比较。结果表明在满足絮凝效果的前提下,生物大分子絮凝剂添加量最小,为1.00‰,甜菊糖苷收率最高,为94.08%。Flocculation to remove impurities is a key link in stevioside production.Commonly used flocculants are mainly some salts or compound salts,which produce a large number of pollutants while removing impurities.Aiming at solving this problem,we have developed biomacromolecular flocculant.In this experiment,the flocculation effects of ferric trichloride,ferrous sulfate,aluminum potassium sulfate and biomacromolecular flocculant under different concentrations were investigated,and the best effects of different flocculants were compared.The results showed that on the premise of satisfying the flocculation effect,the addition amount of bio-macromolecular flocculant was the smallest,which was 1.00‰,and the yield of stevioside was the highest,which was 94.08%.
