摘　　要：目的探讨胰头癌组织中survivin的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化学检测38例胰头癌组织中survivin的表达,分析survivin表达情况与患者的临床病理参数以及术后生存率的关系。结果 38例胰头癌组织中survivin阳性表达率为63.16%。Survivin与肿瘤分化程度方面存在关联(P<0.05)。生存分析结果显示,survivin阳性患者的生存时间短于阴性患者(P<0.05)。Cox回归分析结果显示,高TNM分期、有淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度低及survivin阳性是影响胰头癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 survivin在胰头癌组织的表达升高,且与胰头癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关。Objective To explore the expression of survivin in pancreatic head carcinoma tissues and its clinical characteristics.Methods The expression of survivin was detected in 38 cases of surgically resected primary pancreatic head carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemical method,and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and postoperative survival rate were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of survivin was 63.16%in the 38 cases of pancreatic head carcinoma.The expression of survivin was significantly correlated with tumor differentiation(P<0.05).Survival analysis showed that the survival time of the pancreatic head carcinoma patients with positive expression of survivin was shorter than that of the pancreatic head carcinoma patients with negative expression of survivin(P<0.05).Cox regression analysis showed that higher TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,lower differentiation of the tumor and survivin positive expression were the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of the patients with pancreatic head carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion Survivin is highly expressed in the tissue of pancreatic head carcinoma,which is closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of pancreatic head carcinoma.
