摘　　要：为实现中华民族的伟大复兴和创建人力资源强国之梦,构建人民满意的高职教育评价体系将是实现“中国梦”的重要任务之一;认识和理解构建高职教育评价体系的作用,采用定量和定性结合的研究方法,是实现这一目标的重要手段;构建以人民满意为导向的高职教育评价体系,有助于落实教育优先发展的战略地位,有助于提升技能型人才的培养质量,也有助于推动高职教育的良性发展。To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the dream of building a powerful human resource country, it is one of the important tasks to build a satisfactory evaluation system of higher vocational education for the realization of the “Chinese Dream”;to recognize and understand the role of building an evaluation system of Higher Vocational education, and to achieve this goal by combining quantitative and qualitative research methods. The important means of the goal and the construction of the evaluation system of higher vocational education guided by people’s satisfaction are helpful to implement the strategic position of priority development of education, to improve the quality of training skilled talents, and to promote the sound development of Higher Vocational education.
