摘  要:锂离子电池在使用或存储中经常会出现容量衰减、内阻增大、鼓包、漏液和热失控等失效现象,从而使得电池的使用性、可靠性和安全性受到严重的影响,这些失效现象主要是由电池内部一系列的化学反应和物理机制相互作用引起的。因此,主要阐述了几种由电池的工艺缺陷而导致的失效现象,并提出了相应的解决方法,对于提高锂离子电池的可靠性与安全性具有重要的意义。The lithium ion batteries often experience failures such as capacity attenuation, internal resistance increase, bulging, liquid leakage, and thermal runaway during use or storage, so that the usage, reliability and safety of the batteries are seriously affected, and these failures are mainly caused by a series of chemical and physical mechanisms within the batteries. Therefore, several failure phenomena caused by process defects of batteries are mainly described, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, which is of great significance for improving the reliability and safety of lithium ion batteries.
