摘　　要：首先,介绍了我国IT行业的发展历程;然后,对随着"互联网+"概念的普及,IT项目被大量地研发后,项目失败的原因进行了剖析;最后,针对发现的问题,提出了相应的解决对策,对于提高IT项目的成功率有着重要的意义。Firstly, the development process of IT industry in China is introduced. Then, the failure reason of the project is analyzed after IT project has been developed in a large amount with the popularization of the concept of "Internet +". Finally, aiming at the problems found, the corresponding solutions are proposed, which is of great significance to improve the success rate of the project.
