摘 要:随着工业化与信息化在制糖领域的渗透,企业对制糖生产过程中产生的大量数据信息也越来越重视,如何分析及利用数据指导生产尤为重要。本文基于制糖生产报表管理系统数据库中的指标数值,进行糖厂蔗糖分衡算,从数据与人工经验结合的角度上探讨日常甘蔗蔗糖分、蔗糖分损失率及产糖率这些重要指标数据。With the penetration of industrialization and informationization in sugar field, the production of sugar large amounts of data were produced, which was becoming more and more important to the enterprise. How to analyze and use data to guide the production was particularly important. The sugar mill sucrose balance was discussed in this paper based on sugar production report management system database index values. From the perspective of both data and synthetic experience about these important daily indicators: sucrose content of sugarcane, sugar loss rate and the rate of sugar were analyzed.
