运用心理教练技术调整学生学习心态实证研究——以青岛远洋船员职业学院为例

摘　　要：本研究由授课教师、心理教练和心理学教师协作,利用学习成就目标问卷,对在校学生目前的心理状态进行调查分析。在此基础上,对学生学习心态存在的问题进行梳理,并运用心理教练技术,进行早期干预和定向训练,初步达到了调整学生学习心态的目的,提出了针对性的讨论和建议。This research aims to sort out the issues among the students in learning process by studying their psychological state based on the Achievement Goal Questionnaires. The teaching staff and the psychological coaches made some early intervention and oriented training by using psychological coaching technique to motivate students, making the targeted discussion and suggestion.
