摘  要:提出了多通道自适应压力平衡原理,利用帕斯卡定律来保证多个通道输出的力基本相等,并根据该原理设计了弹药批量压制工装,建立了该工装的有限元模型,对关键部件进行了应力应变校核。该工装含有多个压头,可一次压制多个药柱,同时各压头能够伸出不同的长度,以补偿压机的安装误差和药柱高度误差,保证批量压制的一致性。该研究为实现高精度的弹药批量压制提供了借鉴。The principle of multi-channel adaptive pressure balance was proposed, which used Pascal’s law to ensure that the output force of multi-channel is basically equal. A batch pressing tool of ammunition was designed based on this principle. Then the finite element model of the pressing tool was established and the stress-strain checking of key components was carried out. The device contains multiple pressing heads, which can press multiple grain at one time. Meanwhile, each pressing head can extend different lengths to compensate the installation error of press and the height error of grain, so as to ensure the consistency of batch pressing. This study provides a reference for realizing high precision batch suppression of ammunition.
