摘  要:车用空调系统仿真优化对于驾驶安全性、乘客舒适性具有重要意义。本文研究了车用空调系统集成自动化仿真平台,并进行优化分析。以除霜风道优化为例,基于三维造型变量参数,以出风口位置和风道主流方向为变量在自动优化平台上进行优化分析。结果表明:前挡风玻璃速度场大于2m/s风速的面积比例从45%提高到91%,提高了46%,大大改善了除霜效果;优化后的前挡风玻璃除霜分析结果和实验结果吻合良好,证明了利用该平台指导开发设计的可行性。并结合目前行业发展的方向,指出了自动优化平台未来的工作方向,即智能开发。Optimization of the vehicle air-conditioning system is proved to be an effective way to improve driving safety as well as passengers’ comfort. The integrated automation simulation platform for vehicle air conditioning system is studied and optimized. Taking the optimization of defrosting air duct as an example, the optimization analysis is carried out on the automatic optimization platform with the outlet location and the direction of the main flow as variables based on three-dimensional modeling parameters. The results show that the area ratio of the front windshield velocity field more than 2 m/s is increased by 46%, so that the defrosting effect is greatly improved. The results of defrost analysis of the optimized front windshield are in good agreement with the experimental results, so that the platform for guiding the development and design is proved to be feasible. Finally, by combining with the current industry development direction, the future direction of automatic optimization analysis platform, namely intelligent development, is pointed out.
