大数据背景下高校管理信息化创新的难点与对策

摘　　要：信息化管理模式属于高校管理工作中的一种创新。而大数据,则是信息化管理模式启动和落实的整体背景。首先,阐述高校背景下大数据概念的基本内涵和管理模式;其次,讨论现阶段高校信息化管理创新中遇到的实际困难和问题;最后,针对具体问题提出相应的完善和提升对策,即创新信息化系统建设、实现管理模式的创新、提升管理团队能力水平以及做好网络安全方面的保障工作。The information management mode is an innovation model in college management, and big data is viewed as the overall background for the initiation and implementation of the information management model. This paper firstly expounds the basic connotation and management mode of big data concept in the context of colleges and universities, then discusses the practical difficulties and problems encountered in the innovation of information management at the present stage, and finally proposes accordingly the improvement and improvement measures for specific problems, namely innovating informatization system construction, implementing the innovation of management mode, improving the ability level in team management, and doing a good job for guarding against network security.
