茶叶加工企业前向整合产业链的经济学分析

摘　　要：在借鉴产业链整合理论的基础上,界定了茶叶加工企业产业链前向整合的两种模式。根据不同茶叶加工企业面临的市场特点,建立了相应的经济学分析模型,通过模型揭示了茶叶加工企业两种前向整合模式的内在逻辑,为企业前向整合提供了决策依据。Based on the theory of industrial chain integration , two industrial chain integration modes of tea processing enterprises were defined. According to the market characteristics faced by different tea processing enterprises , the corresponding economic analysis models were established. By analyzing the model , the internal logic of two forward integration modes of tea processing enterprises was revealed. It provided the decision basis for the enterprise forward integration.
