摘 要:通过对用钢板加固的开洞楼板、不加固的开洞楼板与不开洞楼板进行加载试验,观察钢筋应力发展、混凝土应变、挠度与裂缝开展情况、预应力损失、极限荷载、应力变化规律、预应力筋切断对应变的影响等数据,研究无粘结预应力楼板开洞前后内力、变形的变化与钢板的加固对无粘结预应力开洞楼板性能的影响,并为类似预应力楼板开洞工程的加固改造提供合理的建议。实验数据显示,开洞会降低楼板的开裂承载能力及极限承载能力,而合理地使用钢板进行加固,可以避免开裂荷载的降低,甚至可以一定程度上减缓开裂。同时设置钢板可以一定程度上提高极限荷载,减少挠度。Through the loading test of the open floor slab strengthened by steel plate,the unreinforced open floor slab and the non-opening slab,the stress development of concrete,concrete strain,deflection and crack development,prestress loss,ultimate load,stress change law,the influence of the prestressed tendon cutting on the influence of the change,the change of the internal force and deformation of the unbonded prestressed floor before and after the opening and the effect of the reinforcement of the steel plate on the performance of the unbonded prestressed open floor slab,and provide reasonable suggestions for the reinforcement and transformation of similar prestressed floor slab opening projects. The experimental data show that the opening of the hole will reduce the cracking capacity and ultimate bearing capacity of the floor,and the reasonable use of the steel plate for reinforcement can avoid the reduction of the cracking load and even reduce the cracking to some extent. At the same time,the steel plate can increase the ultimate load to a certain extent and reduce the deflection.
