摘　　要：It was June, the month of graduation. Entering the Academy of Arts museum of Minzu University of China, we lingered in front of a diverse collection of colorful works by the school's graduates. Many depict "minzu" themes."Minzu" is the Chinese word designating indigenous ethnic groups, and 2019 marked the 60 th anniversary o f the Minzu University Academy o f Arts founding. Over the years, it has earned a leading role in higher education in ethnic fine arts, contributing greatly to ethnic unity. By 2019, the Academy o f Arts had cultivated about 5,000 students, among them 300 M aster’s level students as well as student artists from 47 ethnic groups.
