即兴型组织竞争优势的构建路径

摘　　要：在当前“超竞争”的环境下,如何构建即兴型组织以获得竞争优势成为企业发展的难题,而学界对此的关注却远远不够。基于此,文章首先从网络能力视角来构建即兴型组织,然后从吸收能力和组织情绪能力情景下探讨即兴型组织如何获得竞争优势,并以中国东部沿海地区的高技术企业样本进行实证检验。研究结果显示:网络能力对组织即兴具有积极的影响,进一步地,网络规划能力、网络配置能力和网络占位能力对组织即兴具有正向效应,但网络运作能力对组织即兴具有负向效应;组织即兴对创新绩效并无显著的影响,即兴型组织未必能获得竞争优势;在吸收能力和组织情绪能力条件下,组织即兴能显著提升企业的创新绩效。In the current "super-competitive" environment,how to build an improvisational organization to gain competitive advantage has become a difficult problem for the development of enterprises,but the academic circles is far from enough attention to this problem.Based on this,this paper first constructs an improvisational organization from the perspective of network capacity,and then discusses how improvisational organization gains competitive advantage from the perspectives of absorptive capacity and organizational emotional ability.Using SPSS19.0 software to conduct an empirical analysis of 185 high-tech enterprises in the eastern coastal areas of China,and some valuable conclusions have been found.Firstly,network capability has a positive effect on organizational improvisation. Specifically,network planning capability,network configuration capability and network occupancy capability have a positive effect on organizational improvisation,but network operation capability has a negative effect on organizational improvisation.Secondly,organizational improvisation has no significant impact on innovation performance,and improvisational organization may not be able to gain competitive advantage.Finally,under the conditions of absorptive capacity and organizational emotional capacity,organizational improvisation can significantly improve the innovation performance of enterprises.
