三叉神经痛诊疗新进展

摘　　要：三叉神经痛(TN)是神经病理性疼痛中较为常见的一种,其年发病率约为0.03‰~0.05‰,老年人中的患病率较高,40岁以上人群大约占到患病人数的70%~80%。然而目前对于TN的病因以及发病机制尚未明确,大部分患者应用药物控制疼痛效果不佳,且药物不良反应的发生率较高。近些年来随着神经外科治疗技术的进步以及微创治疗的进一步发展,使得TN的外科治疗的疗效大大提高。本文主要对TN的分类、病因假说以及诊疗进展这三方面作一总结与归纳。Trigeminal neuralgia(TN) is one of the most common types of neuropathic pain. The annual morbidity of TN is about 0.03‰-0.05‰, which is relatively high among the elderly. People over 40 years old account for about 70%-80% of the patients. However, the etiology and pathogenesis of TN have not been clearly defined currnetly, and most patients have poor effect on pain control with high incidence of adverse reactions. In recent years, with the progress of neurosurgical treatment technology and the further development of minimally invasive treatment, the therapeutic effect of TN has been greatly improved. In this article, the classification, etiology hypothesis, diagnosis and treatment progress of TN are summarized.
