摘  要:摇臂铸件在生产中极易出现缩孔、缩松缺陷。通过ProCAST有限元软件对摇臂铸件凝固过程进行了模拟计算,分析了缺陷形成原因。在此基础上设计、优化铸造工艺参数并再进行数值模拟。按照模拟工艺参数进行了生产验证。结果表明,对按照优化后的铸造工艺生产的铸件进行X射线探伤、超声波探伤,铸件符合技术要求。Rocker arm castings are easy to have shrinkage holes and loose defects in production.The solidification process of the rocker arm casting was simulated by ProCAST finite element software,and the causes of defects were analyzed.On this basis,the casting process parameters were optimized and then the numerical simulation was carried out.The production verification was carried out according to the simulated process parameters.The results show that the castings produced according to the optimized casting process are tested by X-ray and ultrasonic test,and the castings meet the technical requirements.
