摘 要:目的:设计“讲授-演示-练习-考评”一体化的用于骨折手法复位的实训教学课程,将其应用于中医本科《中医骨伤科学》课程教学中,探索最佳实训教学方法。方法:第1部分,讲授:教师通过PPT向学生简要归纳“桡骨远端骨折”课堂教学相关内容,介绍桡骨远端骨折手法复位的操作要领;第2部分,演示:播放为骨折实训模型手法复位的示范视频;第3部分,练习:学生分组在实训模型上进行骨折的手法复位操作;评估:教师对学生的操作情况进行评估和答疑。结果:师评,学生整复过程得分(53.27±7.6)分(满分60分),整复效果得分(27.12±13.6)分(满分40分);生评,实训课对基本理论、基本知识、基本技能、思维能力、记忆效果等促进效果明显(58.3%-95.8%)。结论:“桡骨远端骨折手法复位”实训课能激发学生对专科技能的学习兴趣,提升学生的思考能力和动手能力,提高教学质量。Objective:To explore the best teaching methods of training Courses for manual reduction of distal radius fracture through the design of courses with a integration of"Teaching-demonstration-Practice-Evaluation"and its application in the undergraduate course of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Methods:Teaching:Introduced the relevant contents and the essentials skills of manual reduction of distal radius fracture by PPT.Demonstration:Played the demonstration video which manipulated on the training model.Practice:Students practiced the manual reduction operation grouped on the training model.Evaluation:Evaluated and answered questions about the students"operations.Results:The teacher's evaluation to students'reduction process scored 53.27±7.6 points(out of 60),and the effect of reduction was 27.12±13.6 points(out of 40);Students reflected there was an obvious promotion(58.3%-95.8%)of basic theory,knowledge,skills,thinking ability and memory effect after training courses.Conclusion:Training Courses for manual reduction of distal radius fracture could stimulate the students"interest in specialized skills,improve their thinking and practical ability,and improve the teaching quality.
