摘  要:将配体Ll(2,5-二-(3,5-二甲基吡唑-4-巯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑)和L2(3,5-二甲基吡唑)同时与Cd(NO 3)2·4H 2O进行配位反应,得到配合物[Cd(L1)2(L2)(NO 3)2(H 2O)],并用元素分析,FT-IR和X-射线单晶衍射进行了表征。晶体结构表明:配合物属于单斜晶系,P2 1/m空间群,每个Cd(Ⅱ)的配位环境为扭曲的五角双锥,分别与来自配体L1和L2的一个氮原子、两个硝酸根的三个氧原子、和一个水分子配位,配体L1只用一端的氮原子和Cd(Ⅱ)离子配位,配合物形成“E”字型结构。初步研究了配合物的体外抑菌活性,结果表明,配合物具有一定的抑菌活性。The complex,namely[Cd(L1) 2(L2)(NO 3) 2(H 2O)],has been obtained by the reaction of Cd(NO 3) 2·4H 2O with two different ligand(L1=2,5-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-4-thio)-3,4-thiadiazole,and L2=3,5-dimethylpyrazole)in the ethanol solution.The structure of complex was characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy,powder X-ray diffraction and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The complex crystallized in the monoclinic system,space group P2 1/m,the coordination environment of Cd(Ⅱ)adopted a distorted pentagonal double cone,being bound to two nitrogen atoms from L1 and L2 as well as to three oxygen atoms from two NO 3 ^- and one oxygen donor from H 2O.The L 1 ligands coordinated to the Cd(Ⅱ)ions through one the terminal pyridyl N-donors only,and the complex forms an"E"-shaped structure.The antibacterial activities of the complex was tested against several kinds of bacteria.The results show that the complex possess different inhibiting effects.
