摘  要:针对船用胎架尚未实现与现有造船集成制造系统数据的自动化对接和自动调节的问题,在传统胎架的基础上进行柔性胎架设计。运用图形学中常用的非均匀B样条,根据船舶型值表,利用MATLAB仿真重构船舶曲面外板,反算控制顶点,估算曲面曲率,将初始化船舶外板拟合曲面数据导入数据处理系统,换算为每个胎架的坐标,结合胎架实际受力情况调整胎架位置和高度,可提高船舶胎架的利用率、造船效率、分段装配和焊接精度。In order to solve the problem of automated docking and automatic adjustment of existing shipbuilding integrated manufacturing systems, the flexible bracket for shipbuilding is improved on the basis of traditional bracket. Ship outer plate is reconstructed by MATLAB simulation based upon the non uniform B spline commonly used in graphics, the control apexes are figured out and the curvature of ship surface is estimated according to the ship line offsets. The data processing system receives the initial fitting surface data of ship outer plate and converts it into the coordinates of each flexible bracket. The position and height of the flexible bracket can be adjusted on the basis of the stress analysis and the coordinates. The main function of the flexible bracket is increasing the ship bracket utilization, shipbuilding efficiency, subassembly and welding accuracy.
