摘 要:人工心脏起搏器已广泛应用于临床,在缓慢性心律失常、心力衰竭和恶性心律失常所致心性猝死的防治等方面发挥了重要作用。新型无导线起搏器的技术创新在减少起搏器导线引起的相关并发症方面具有显著优势,但存在房室起搏不同步等不足,尚有待进一步研究的解决。有关无导线起搏器心室同步化和房室顺序起搏的临床试验正在进行中,其临床治疗的安全性和有效性也需要进一步的长期随访评价。Artificial cardiac pacemaker has been widely used in clinic. It plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of bradyarrhythmia,heart failure and sudden cardiac death caused by malignant arrhythmia. The technological innovation of the new wireless pacemaker has significant advantages in reducing the related complications caused by pacemaker wire,but there are some shortcomings such as asynchrony of atrioventricular pacing,which need to be further studied and solved. Clinical trials on ventricular synchronization and atrioventricular sequential pacing of wireless pacemakers are under way,and the safety and efficacy in clinical treatment also need further long-term follow-up evaluation.
