摘　　要：天津作为全国职业教育的“排头兵”,在国际合作办学方面进行了诸多尝试并获得了一定经验和成果。本文通过分析天津高职院校在“一带一路”倡议部署下面临的主要机遇与存在的留学生培养、师资队伍建设、专业设置、留学生就业等问题,提出积极探索新的合作模式、建立留学生教育管理部门、建立国际化师资队伍、课程设置国际化、完善就业配套措施等措施,加快形成天津高职教育国际合作办学的创新模式。International cooperation in running schools in higher vocational colleges is an effective way to promote their own development, and the training of internationalized skilled personnel is an important means to improve the level of vocational education. Tianjin, as the "pioneer" of national vocational education, has made many attempts and gained some experience and achievements in international cooperation in running schools. This paper analyzes the main opportunities and problems faced by Tianjin under the “The Belt and Road” strategy, and puts forward the innovative mode of Tianjin international cooperation in higher vocational education.
