摘　　要：口腔专科护士已成为当今口腔治疗需求飞速发展背景下不可或缺的重要角色,开展口腔专科新入职护士规范化培训,对加强我国口腔护理人才队伍建设,提高口腔护理服务质量起着至关重要的作用.开展口腔新入职护士规范化培训工作研究,逐步完善培训机制,探索建立"理论与操作并重、培训与考核并重、组织与监督并重"的培训模式,通过探索口腔新入职护士规范化培训的具体实施方案,为口腔新入职护士规范化培训工作的进一步推广提供参考依据.Dental specialized nurses have become an indispensable role in the context of the rapid development of demand for dental treatment. Standardized training for new nurses in dental specialty plays a vital role in strengthening the talent team construction of dental nurses and improving the quality of dental nursing service. The research carries out standardized training for new dental nurses, improved the training mechanism gradually, explored and established the training mode of "laying equal stress on theory and operation, training and assessment, organization and supervision". By exploring the specific implementation scheme of standardized training for newly dental nurses, it provided reference for further popularization of standardized training.
