摘 要:目的了解三级甲等综合医院护士多点执业的认知意愿,为推行护士多点执业提供切实可行的参考方案。方法采用半结构式深度访谈对9名护士进行访谈,采用Colaizzi的分析程序进行分析、整理、提炼主题。结果三级甲等医院护士对多点执业认知意愿的4个主题:护士对多点执业持支持态度,临床护理经验丰富的资深护士及专科护士更适合多点执业,开展多点执业存在较多阻碍因素,护士多点执业存在较多不确定风险。结论护士多点执业可提高自身与社会价值,但存在较多风险。为符合护理事业的发展需求,国家及医院等卫生部门还需进一步完善管理机制,促进优秀护理资源共享。Objective To investigate the cognitive willingness for multi-point practice of nurses in a Class One Grade A hospital and provide a feasible reference scheme. Methods Phenomenological analysis and semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted among 9 nurses of different levels in the qualitative research. Colaizzi's analysis procedures were used to analyze,sort out and extract topics. Results A total of 4 themes were extracted: The nurses held a supportive attitude towards multi-site practice,but were unwilling because of the imperfect current policies,laws and regulations and management mechanism. The experienced or specialist nurses were more suitable for multiple-site practice and there were many factors hindering the multiple-site practice as well as a lot of risks. Conclusions Multi-site practice of nurses can improve their own value and social value,but it is risky. In order to meet the needs of the nurses' development,the government and hospital managers need to further improve the management mechanism and promote the sharing of excellent nursing resources.
