摘　　要：目的探讨无法手术的宫颈癌患者实施固定野调强放疗(IMRT)同步静脉化疗的的应用效果。方法将81 例无法手术的宫颈癌患者随机分为化疗组(40 例,静脉化疗)和联合组(41 例,IMRT 同步静脉化疗)。对比疗效,治疗前后血清肿瘤标志物水平,1 年生存率。结果两组CR、PR、SD、PD 分布差异显著(P < 0.05),且治疗后联合组总有效率高于化疗组(P < 0.05);两组治疗后血清CEA、CA125 水平均显著下降(P < 0.05),且联合组均低于化疗组(P < 0.05);联合组1 年生存率高于化疗组(P < 0.05)。结论对无法手术的宫颈癌患者给予IMRT 技术同步静脉化疗具有理想效果,能改善其肿瘤标志物水平,提高1 年生存率。Objective To investigate the role of IMRT concurrent intravenous chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer who can not be operated on. Methods 81 patients with cervical cancer who could not be operated on were randomly divided into chemotherapy group (40 cases, intravenous chemotherapy) and combination group (41 cases, IMRT synchronous intravenous chemotherapy). The curative effect, serum tumor markers and 1-year survival rate were compared before and after treatment. Results The distribution of CR, PR, SD and PD in the two groups were significantly different (P < 0.05), and the total effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the chemotherapy group (P < 0.05);the serum CEA and CA125 levels in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0.05), and the combined group was lower than that in the chemotherapy group (P < 0.05);the one-year survival rate in the combined group was higher than that in the chemotherapy group (P < 0.05). Conclusion IMRT combined with intravenous chemotherapy is an ideal method for cervical cancer patients who can not be operated on. It can improve the level of tumor markers and 1-year survival rate.
