摘　　要：文章通过讨论高兆明教授所著的《心灵秩序与生活秩序:黑格尔〈法哲学原理〉释义》一书来进一步推进对黑格尔《法哲学原理》的研究。尽管在世界范围内的黑格尔研究早已是汗牛充栋,但对于一位中国学者对黑格尔这本书的系统研究,今日重读之,对我们依然有着巨大的思想启迪的意义。因为,我们依然处于现代性的进程之中,也依然面临着古典模式的崩溃和个体道德选择的两难。This paper discusses The Order of Mind and Life: Interpretation of Hegel's Philosophy of Right,which was written by Professor Gao Zhaoming,to further promote the learning of Hegel's Philosophy of Right.Although the study of Hegel around the world has already exceeded the overwhelming number of books,The Order of Mind and Life,as a systematic study of Hegel's Philosophy of Right from a Chinese scholar,is still of great enlightenment to us today.It is because we are still in the process of modernization,and facing the collapse of the classical model and the dilemma of individual moral choice.
