综合性艺术院校动画专业基础课教学创新改革建设研究

摘　　要：作为我国新兴产业发展产物的典型专业,动画专业被各大高校争相设置,但课程设置方面盲目照搬现象严重。尤其在动画基础课教学设置上,体现出没有根据市场实际需求调查分析,造成学生知识吸取消化不良的问题。具体表现为:专业划分不够清晰,培养方向缺乏目标;课程设置不合理,理论与实践相分离;教学方式单一落后,课程模块之间联系不紧密;缺乏市场实践经验,学生团队协作意识薄弱;缺少交流平台,未能建立良好校际合作关系;师资力量相对薄弱,不能满足行业需求。综合型艺术院校动画专业基础课教学改革应立足创新型人才培养的教学目标,完善动画专业基础课教学体系。明确划分专业,对应市场需求培养人才;坚持理论与实践相结合的教学模式,拓宽专业方向;秉承创新理念教学,密切关注市场发展节奏;结合市场需求,设立教学实践平台;高校联合互动,共享优质教育资源;发展师资队伍,聘请资深专业教师。As a typical major produced by the development of emerging industries in China,animation major has been set up by various universities,but the phenomenon of imitating in curriculum blindly is serious.Since there is no investigation and analysis according to the actual market demand in the curriculum of animation basic teaching,students can not absorb knowledge well.Other problems in curriculum are expressed as unclear professional division,lack of goals in cultivating direction,unreasonable curriculum,separation of theory and practice,simple and outdated teaching method,loose connection between curriculum modules,lack of market practice experience,weak awareness in students'teamwork cooperation,lack of communication platform and inter-school cooperative relationship,and insufficientcy in faculty.The reform of animation basic teaching in comprehensive art colleges should aim at cultivating innovative talents,improving animation basic teaching curriculum;dividing majors clearly,cultivating talents according to the market demand;insisting on the combination of theory and practice of teaching model,widening professional orientation;adhering to the innovative concept of teaching,paying attention to the pace of market development;combining market demands to set up teaching practice platform;developing inter-school interaction and cooperation,and sharing high-quality educational resources;developing the faculty and engaging senior professional teachers.
