摘  要:为了提高天然染料姜黄色素上染羊毛织物的色牢度,以海藻酸钠为稳定剂、以十二烷基硫酸钠为发泡剂,使用泡沫染色法上染羊毛织物。在植物原料中提取姜黄色素后,通过正交试验和单因素实验方法研究了染液p H值、汽蒸时间、发泡剂质量浓度、稳定剂质量浓度对染色效果的影响,通过K/S值及色牢度判断其染色效果的质量。结果表明:染液p H值为4、100℃汽蒸3 min、发泡剂质量浓度3 g/L、稳定剂质量浓度1 g/L时,泡沫染色效果最佳、K/S值达到最大,同时各项色牢度可保持较高水平。In order to improve the color fastness of wool fabrics dyed by the natural dye turmeric, wool fabrics were dyed by foam dyeing using sodium alginate as a stabilizer and sodium lauryl sulfate as a foaming agent. After extracting the turmeric dyeing solution from the plant raw materials, the effects of pH value, steaming time, foaming agent mass concentration and stabilizer concentration on the dyeing effect were studied by orthogonal test and single factor test. The quality of the dyeing effect was evaluated by the K/S value and the color fastness. The results showed that the best dyeing effect was achieved when the pH value of the dyeing solution was 4, the steaming time of 100 ℃ was 3 min, the mass concentration of foaming agent was 3 g/L, and the mass concentration of stabilizer was 1 g/L. Under these conditions, the K/S value reached a maximum and the color fastness can be maintained at a high level.
