摘 要:针对织物吸湿性能测试——液滴法中存在实时计算扩散面积的问题,提出了一种基于图像技术的精确测量方法。在相机内部参数未知、测量距离不确定的情况下,对相机进行标定,确定液滴面积与液滴所占总像素之间的关系;基于图像处理方法,对被测量液滴进行图像预处理、图像分割,统计出液滴的总像素值;最终计算出液滴的实际扩散面积。该方法可根据不同时刻得到测试液滴实际扩散面积,进而掌握织物吸湿性能的动态特性。实验结果表明:与传统图像处理方法相比,该方法更精确,且成本更低,为织物性能测试中液滴测量提供了较好的方法。In order to solve the problem of real-time calculation of the diffusion area of testing droplets on fabrics in hygroscopicity testing, an accurate measurement method based on image technology is proposed. In the case of unknown camera internal parameters and uncertain measurement distance, the camera is calibrated to determine the relationship between the droplet area and the total droplet pixels. Based on image processing method, the measured droplets are pre-processed and segmented, and the total droplet pixels are counted. Finally, the actual droplet diffusion area is calculated. This method can obtain the actual diffusion area of the tested droplets at different times, and then grasp the dynamic characteristics of moisture absorption properties of fabrics. The experimental results show that, compared with traditional image processing methods, this method is more accurate and has the advantages of low cost. It provides a better method for droplet measurement in fabric performance testing.
