摘 要:为了研究4种形态的钼合金卡环在不同倒凹下卡环的固位力变化,利用树脂标准模型制作卡环,通过万能测试机检测出的固位力变化数值比较四种形态的钼合金卡环在3种倒凹下的固位力大小。卡环的固位力变化在0.25mm和0.50mm倒凹的衰减大致相同。在0.75mm倒凹四种卡环衰减明显,在0.75mm倒凹的位置牙体的颈部处导致摘戴时需要更大的脱位力,而此时卡环非常容易发生永久变形。所以在0.25mm和0.50mm的倒凹下铸造三臂卡环能够提供良好的固位力,0.75mm的倒凹下保证美观和固位的情况下可选用颊侧短固位臂卡环。In order to study the retention of the retaining force of the four kinds of molybdenum alloy snap rings under different undercuts, the resin standard model was used to make the snap ring. The values of the retention force detected by the universal testing machine were compared with the four shapes. The retention force of the molybdenum alloy snap ring under three undercuts. The retention of the retaining force of the snap ring is approximately the same at 0.25 mm and 0.50 mm undercut. In the 0.75mm undercut, the four kinds of snap rings are obviously attenuated, and the 0.75mm inverted position causes a larger dislocation force at the neck of the tooth to be worn, and the snap ring is very prone to permanent deformation. Therefore, casting a three-armed snap ring under 0.25mm and 0.50mm undercut can provide good retention force, and a 0.75mm undercut can ensure the appearance and retention of the buccal short-retaining arm snap ring.
