摘  要:利用磁控溅射技术制备了类石墨碳膜(GLC)、掺杂金属Cr的类石墨碳膜(GLC/Cr)及掺杂WC的类石墨碳膜(GLC/WC),考察了不同掺杂物对薄膜结构及其在乏油环境下摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:掺杂Cr、WC使GLC薄膜中sp^2键结构含量增加,促进了GLC膜的石墨化,降低了GLC薄膜的硬度及弹性模量;在乏油环境下,3种薄膜的摩擦因数相差不大,但表现出不同的抗磨损能力,其磨损寿命由高到低依次是GLC/Cr、GLC、GLC/WC。研究结果为提高航空发动机主轴轴承在超常工况下的寿命和可靠性提供了理论和试验依据。GLC film,Cr-doped graphite-like carbon(GLC/Cr) film and WC-doped graphite-like carbon(GLC/WC) film were prepared by magnetron sputtering technique to investigate the effects of dopants on micro-structure of the films and the tribological properties in an starved-oil environment.The results show that the doping of Cr or WC increases the contents of sp^2 bonds in GLC films,enhances the graphitization and reduces the hardness and elastic modulus of GLC films.In starved-oil environments,the three films have approximately the same friction coefficient but different wear resistances,and their wear life from high to low is as GLC/Cr,GLC,GLC/WC.The results provide theoretical and experimental bases for improving the life and reliability of aero-engine main shaft bearings under extraordinary operating conditions.
