摘 要:植物叶蛋白是一种使用广泛的可再生蛋白质资源,在诸多领域有着较为广泛的应用。不仅是在应用的途径上,在获取的途径上也是如此,可以说为我国的环保工作做出了杰出的贡献。但是不同的原料在蛋白提取上也存在较大差异,为了保障相关工作的效率,在提取过程中一定要综合考虑多种影响因素,选用合理的提取方法。结合我国植物叶蛋白的实际提取工作,进行了相关分析,并对应用前景进行了研究。Plant leaf protein is a widely used renewable protein resource and has a wide range of applications in many fields.Not only in the way of application,but also in the way of acquisition,it can be said that it has made outstanding contributions to China’s environmental protection work.However,different raw materials also have large differences in protein extraction.In order to ensure the efficiency of related work,a variety of influencing factors must be considered in the extraction process,and a reasonable extraction method should be selected.In this paper,combined with the actual extraction of plant leaf protein in China,the related analysis was carried out and its application prospects were studied.
