单次小组服务在唇腭裂患儿照顾者压力舒缓中的运用

摘　　要：单次小组是一种适用于医院场域患者及家属服务的社会工作方法,国外的实证研究已表明单次小组服务的有效性。将单次小组服务运用于37名唇腭裂患儿照顾者压力舒缓中,通过分析单次小组的实践过程,运用参与式观察和半结构式访谈等质性研究方法发现,单次小组服务让唇腭裂患儿照顾者对自我身心、情绪状态及自身优势有更多了解,获得情绪与信息支持,促进照顾者认知及行为的改变,同时增进了家庭沟通。结果提示单次小组服务在唇腭裂患儿照顾者压力舒缓领域展示初步成效。Single group is a social work method suitable for patients and their families in hospital field. Foreign empirical studies have shown the effectiveness of single group service. Single group service was applied to the stress relief of 37 caregivers of children with cleft lip and palate. Through the analysis of the practical process of single group, using qualitative research methods such as participation observation and semi-structured interview, these were found that single group service enabled the caregivers of children with cleft lip and palate to have more understanding of their own body, mind, emotional state and advantages, to obtain emotional and information support, to promote the changes of caregivers’ cognition and behavior, and to enhance family communication.The results indicated that single group service showed preliminary effects in the field of stress relief for caregivers of children with cleft lip and palate.
