摘 要:以早生型茶树品种"皖茶4号"(原名红旗1号)为材料,研究茶树越冬腋芽(Axillary bud,AB)与毗邻成熟叶(下称母叶,Matureleaf,ML)萌展期的碳氮代谢动态变化,同时根据腋芽全转录组数据分析相关基因的表达情况。结果表明,不同发育时期的腋芽与母叶中的淀粉、可溶性糖、NSC及糖/淀粉比值差异极显著(P<0.01);腋芽与母叶的可溶性蛋白含量差异极显著(P<0.01);腋芽中SPS酶活性在3个发育时期差异极显著(P<0.01),母叶中SPS、ATP、ALT酶活性在不同发育时期差异极显著(P<0.01);通过比较腋芽各生育期的基因表达情况,发现有8个与碳氮代谢相关的基因表达差异显著(P<0.05)。The dynamic changes of carbon and nitrogen metabolism in overwintering axillary buds(AB)and adjacent mature leaves(ML)of tea plants during the germination period were detected using the early-generation tea tree variety"Wancha 4"(formerly known as"Hongqi 1")as the material.The expression of related genes in axillary buds was also analyzed based on the total transcriptome data.The results showed that:from winter dormancy to bud flush stages,the ratios of starch,soluble sugar,NSC and sugar/starch in axillary buds and mature leaves at different developmental stages were extremely significantly different(P<0.01);the difference in soluble protein content between axillary buds and mature leaves was extremely significant(P<0.01);the activity of SPS in the three developmental stages was extremely significant(P<0.01);the activities of SPS,ATP and ALT in the mother leaves were significantly different at different developmental stages(P<0.01).It was found that there are significant differences in the expression of 8 genes involved in carbon and nitrogen metabolism(P<0.05).
