摘　　要：运用文献资料、比较分析等方法,从学科设置、师资配备、课程计划和培养目标等方面梳理北美体育经济学学科发展经验:州立综合大学与商业管理类院系在师资配备和专业课开设上较有优势、体育经济学在课程计划中比重逐渐增加;面临体育财经类课程执行力度较为薄弱、教师人才严重短缺、引导学生就业期望与产业现状接轨等挑战.结合我国该学科存在教材教师严重匮乏、学科建设准备不足的现状,在学科建设与教学改革层面提出借鉴与改革措施:学科发展与产业发展相辅相成;储备经济和管理背景的师资;尽快创立专业学术期刊;重视案例教学和实习基地建设相结合、高水平实验室与基地产学研相结合;成立专业建设委员会等.This paper sorts out the development of international sports economics by means of literature reviews and comparative analysis, and makes a systematic study of the scientific development history and current situation of sports economics in North America from the aspects of discipline setting, teaching staff, curriculum planning and course content. Summarizing the origin of the discipline, leading scholars and publishing journals all originated from the embryonic period of economics;the advantages of state universities and business management departments in teaching staff and core courses, the increasing of sports economics in curriculum;facing the challenges such as the weakness of the implementation of sports finance and economics courses, the serious shortage of teachers and how to guide students career expectations. This paper puts forward lessons learned from the development experience of the North American sports economics and proposed enlightenment from the discipline construction and the transformation of education aspects, that the sports economics is in a symbiotic relationship with the sports industry;China needs the environment and scholars to develop the discipline;people need to think highly of the case teaching and internship program, integrate resources in the influential lab and the industry-education-academic base, establish a professional committee of the sport economy and management and other enlightenment.
