摘　　要：目的分析脑膜转移瘤的不同表现,包括临床表现、影像学、脑脊液检查等,以提高对该疾病的认识。方法收集2011年9月-2018年7月中日友好医院中西医结合肿瘤内科诊治的脑膜转移瘤患者3例,均经影像学或脑脊液检查确诊,对其临床资料进行综合分析。结果 3例患者中,增强MR检查有明显强化2例,脑脊液检查阳性1例。有明显的相关临床表现2例。结论增强MR及脑脊液检查均具有一定的局限性,且临床无特异性表现,因此诊断时需综合临床及各项检查结果。Objective To analyze the different manifestations of meningeal metastases,including clinical manifestations,imaging and cerebrospinal fluid examination,in order to improve the understanding of the disease.Methods Three cases of meningeal metastases diagnosed and treated in the Department of Oncology Medicine of Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital from September 2011 to July 2018 were collected.All of them were confirmed by imaging or cerebrospinal fluid examination,and their clinical data were analyzed comprehensively.Results Of the 3 patients,2 had obvious enhancement on enhanced MR examination and 1 had positive cerebrospinal fluid examination.There were 2 cases with obvious clinical manifestations.Conclusion Enhanced MR and cerebrospinal fluid examination have certain limitations,and there is no specific clinical manifestation.Therefore,the diagnosis should be based on comprehensive clinical and examination results.
