摘 要:动力传动系统扭转共振会造成传动系剧烈振动,引起的动态应力往往要超出正常工作应力许多,从而大幅降低相关零件的疲劳寿命,造成变速器啮合异响,严重影响到整车的行驶舒适性、可靠性和使用寿命。某车型动力传动系统发生变速器异响,为了查找异响原因,文章建立了该车型行驶状态扭转振动分析模型,通过分析表明由于该车动力传动系统存在扭转共振导致变速器异响,最终提出优化传动系参数等措施,彻底解决了该异响,为解决相关问题提供指导和参考。Torsional resonance of power train will cause severe vibration, and the dynamic stress will often exceed the normal working stress, thus greatly reducing the fatigue life of related parts, resulting in abnormal noise of transmission, seriously affecting the driving comfort, reliability of the vehicle. In order to find out the cause of abnormal transmission noise, this paper establishes a torsional vibration analysis model for a certain vehicle power train system. The analysis shows that the abnormal transmission noise is caused by the torsional resonance of the vehicle engine and transmission system. Finally, measures such as optimizing transmission parameters are put forward to completely solve the abnormal transmission noise and provide guidance and reference for solving related problems.
