摘　　要：为了解宁波高校对跨境电商人才的培养是否满足跨境电商企业的需求,以部分宁波市跨境电商企业为调查对象,对行业所需人才状况进行调研和分析。调查发现:目前宁波市跨境电商专业人才缺口较大,地方高校相关专业人才培养相对滞后,与企业实际要求存在一定差距。为了提高毕业生和企业需求之间的适配度,建议高校在人才培养过程中要进一步深化校企合作,优化课程体系,强化职业素质。To know whether the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in universities of Ningbo has met the needs of Ningbo e-commerce enterprises a survey has made.The paper takes some cross-border e-commerce enterprises Ningbo as the survey objects,and conducts research and analysis on the talents required by the industry.The findings indicate that the related talents are still far from adequate and the training in the universities still fail to meet the needs of the enterprises.In order to improve the adaptability between graduates and the needs of enterprises,it is suggested that colleges and universities should further deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,therefore,suggestions are made that include deepening the school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the curriculum set-up and strengthening the professional quality cultivation so as to improve the adaptability of graduates to enterprise needs.
