摘  要:目的通过本研究探讨视频宣教是否有助于减少妇科腹腔镜手术患者的焦虑情况。方法选取2016年3月至2017年4月首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院妇科197例住院行腹腔镜手术的患者作为研究对象。依随机数字表法将其分为对照组(100例)和观察组(97例)。对照组采用口头宣教,观察组采用视频宣教的方式,各组研究对象分别于术前和术后分别进行SAS评分。结果观察组术前SAS评分、术后SAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);初中及以下文化背景的患者术前、术后SAS评分高于高中及以上文化背景的患者。结论视频宣教较口头宣教能够比口头宣教更进一步缓解腹腔镜手术患者焦虑情绪;视频宣教对不同文化背景患者的焦虑缓解程度不同。Objective To explore the effect of video education on reducing the anxiety of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 197 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Gynecology of our hospitalfrom March 2016 to April 2017 were selected and according to the random number table method, were divided into control group(100 cases) and observation group(97 cases). Oral education was used in the control group, and video education was adopted in the observation group. The SAS scores were obtained before and after surgery in each group. Results The preoperative SAS score and postoperative SAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Patients with junior high school and below educational backgrounds were of higher preoperative and postoperative SAS scores than those with high school and above educational background.Conclusions Compared with oral education, video education can further relieve the anxiety of patients received gynecologic laparoscopic surgery, and thedegree varies among patients with different educational background.
