闽台产业对接下双创型人才多元协同培养模式

摘　　要：随着福建海西经济区的建设与平潭自由贸易区的成立,闽台产业对接主体转向现代新兴产业与高端服务业领域。新形势下闽台产业对接的优化升级与双创型人才需求之间产生了良性的互动。闽台产业结构的高端化提升了人才需求的能级结构,产业结构的柔性化改变了人才需求的知识结构,产业结构的技术化提高了人才需求的层次。福建应用型大学双创型人才多元协同培养模式的构建核心是发挥政府的调节作用、高校的"创造者"角色与企业的"促进"效用。同时,闽台产业对接下双创型人才多元协同培养还需要构建主动对接产业链的教学运行机制和基于互惠互利的协同推进机制,最终实现双创型人才培养的共商、共建与共享目标。With the construction of Fujian Haixi Economic Zone and the establishment of Pingtan Free Trade Area, the main body of industrial docking between Fujian and Taiwan has turned to the field of modern emerging industries and high-end services. Under the new situation, there is a benign interaction between the optimization and upgrading of industrial docking between Fujian and Taiwan and the demand for double-creative talents. The higher industrial structure of Fujian and Taiwan has promoted the level structure of talent demand. Meanwhile, the flexible industrial structure has changed the knowledge structure of talent demand. In addition, the technological industrial structure has improved the level of talent demand. The core of the construction of the multi-coordinated training mode of double-creative talents in application-oriented universities of Fujian is to play the role of government regulation, the role of "creator" in universities and the "promotion" effect of enterprises. At the same time, the multi-dimensional and cooperative training of double-creative talentsunder the industrial docking between Fujian and Taiwan needs to construct the teaching operation mechanism of the active docking industrial chain and the cooperative promotion mechanism based on mutual benefits so as to achieve the goal of co-negotiation, co-construction and sharing of double-creative talents.
