摘  要:新时代现代产业的转型升级对高等职业教育人才培养提出了新要求,单纯的技术技能的能力本位不能适应社会经济发展的需要,文化素养成为新一代高职应用型人才的基本素养。探索高职生文化素养培育的心理规律,从分析文化心理结构的特点与分层出发,构建高职生文化素养分层培育的心理路径及模型,并依此设计相应的课程体系,具有重要价值。由此,将使文化素养的培育落到人的心理层面,有效实现教育功能。The transformation and upgrading of the modern industry in the new era has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education. Simply regard technical skills as the main ability cannot adapt to the needs of social and economic development, and cultural accomplishment has become the basic accomplishment of the new generation of applied talents in higher vocational colleges. It is of great value to explore the psychological law of cultivating higher vocational students’ cultural accomplishment, and to build the psychological path and model of cultivating higher vocational students’ cultural accomplishment on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and stratification of cultural psychology structure, and to design the corresponding curriculum system accordingly. Therefore, the cultivation of cultural accomplishment will be put to the psychological level of human beings and realize education function effectively.
