摘　　要：分析了传统型工学结合模式及其局限性,对现有的创业实践型工学结合人才培养模式的现状及问题进行了论述,并结合典型创业实践项目对创业型工学结合模式的探索进行了总结,最后提出了构建创业实践型工学结合模式的建议。This paper analyzes the traditional model of combination of working with learning and its limitations,analyzes the current situation and problems of the existing talent cultivation model of combination of working with learning of venturing practice type,and conducts a summary analysis on the exploration of model of combination of working and learning of venturing type combined with the typical venturing practice projects,and finally proposes the suggestions to construct a model of combination of working and learning of venturing practice type.
