摘  要:针对目前引线电测法和存储测试法等冲击波测试方法中准备工作繁琐、可移动性差等缺点,文中提出一种基于Android和WiFi冲击波测试系统方案。系统用Android智能手机作为冲击波数据波形的显示、处理工具和记录仪控制终端;将CC3200芯片(TI)嵌入到存储记录仪作为WiFi热点。智能手机连接热点,通过Socket机制的UDP协议远程控制记录仪和读取记录仪中的数据,最终利用手机计算、处理和分析冲击波数据。通过多次试验表明,Android智能手机等可以在高达110m范围内准确控制记录仪且能高速读取数据,系统运行稳定。该系统大大减少了测试前期准备工作,方便快捷、实用性较强。Aiming at the shortcomings that the preparatory work was tedious and the mobility was poor in the current shock wave testing methods such as lead electrical measurement method and storage test method,in this paper,a shock wave testing system scheme was proposed based on Android and WiFi.The system uses Android smart phone as the display,processing tool and recorder control terminal of shock wave data waveforms,and the CC3200 chip (TI) is embedded into the memory recorder as WiFi hot spot.The smart phone connects the hot spot,then remotely controls the recorder and reads the data in the recorder through the UDP protocol of Socket mechanism,finally the phone is used to calculate,process and analyze the shock wave data.Multiple tests show that the Android smart phone can accurately control the recorder and read data at high speed in the range of up to 110 m,and the system runs steadily.The system greatly reduces the preparatory work of the test,and it is convenient,fast and strongly practical.
