摘 要:海面慢速微弱目标的回波信号能量远小于海杂波,且在时域和频域与海杂波非常靠近,是海面搜索雷达面临的难点。为了检测海面慢速微弱目标,针对海面目标回波和海杂波的双重非平稳性,在提出海面回波时频域迭代分解的基础上,利用目标信号与海杂波之间的时频聚集性和持续时间等特性,提出利用凸包算法融合特征的海面慢速微弱目标检测方法。该方法能够将与海杂波有较大能量差且在时频域非常靠近海杂波的目标信号检测出来。实测IPIX雷达数据表明,该方法能较精确地从海面回波中检测出目标,并且能够显示目标的瞬时运动特性。The echo scattered by a slow-moving weak target is much weaker than the sea clutter, and they are very close in the time or frequency domain,which presents a difficult task for the marine surface surveillance radar. To detect a slow-moving weak target, considering the fact that both the target echo and sea clutter are non-stationary, we propose a slow-moving target detector based on the convex hull of the time-frequency concentration and the lasting time of the decomposed components, which are obtained by the proposed time-frequency decomposing method. The proposed detector can detect the target signal with much weaker energy than that of the sea clutter, with the two being very close in the time-frequency domain. It is evaluated by the IPIX radar datasets with a simulated target or a real target. Results demonstrate that the proposed method can not only detect a slow-moving weak target in high accuracy, but also provide the instantaneous state of the target.
